Shipping

Orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. If products are out of stock, you will be notified and products will be sent as soon as they become available.

Returns

Please be sure of your purchase. Items damaged in shipping may be returned. If an item is damaged in shipping, please leave it in its original packaging and call us at Restoration by J.B. immediately. Returns on damaged items will not be accepted after 7 days. If for some reason you would like to return a product, you may do so for a credit towards something else within 14 days.

Sales Tax

All New York residents will be charged 8.625% with your order.
